Matt is Senior Vice President of Business Development at Strobe. For those who aren't already familiar with his experience, from his bio:

He previously served as the COO at Canonical, a commercial Ubuntu operation. With more than a decade spent in open source, Asay has also spent time as Alfreso’s General Manager for the Americas and VP of Business Development, helping to grow Alfresco’s business by triple-digit percentages each year. Asay is an emeritus board member of the Open Source Initiative (OSI). He has been a frequent contributor to CNET, GigaOm, and more recently The Register.
